​December 13, 2025 has been selected as "Wreaths Across America Day." Several civic organizations, led by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6298, American Legion Post 237, Las Positas College Veterans First Program, Scout Troop 2998, and chaired by Elizabeth Silva, are working to rally volunteers to create and place wreaths on all 560+ graves at Pleasanton Pioneer Cemetery. This effort is to recognize our local veterans who have honorably served our nation.

Need a Christmas tree?

Go to Fresh Cut Christmas Trees, located at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. All of our greenery is coming from them!
